He really took the time to analyze the problem, doing investigative work in the apartment and on the roof. He successfully located the cause of the problem and solved it, using sealants to stop the leak at its source. Joseph uses the right combination of thoroughness and creativity. In addition to helping us with the leak, he was able to figure out how to close a balcony covering that we inherited from the previous owners and that nobody was able to figure out how to close, until he came along.
